Leehurst Facebook Post ZACK

Year 3 conducted some tropical fruit tasting in Geography. They are studying St Lucia so chose fruit from the island to taste and score on appearance, smell, texture and taste.

Leehurst Facebook Post - ANDREW!

Year 7 are studying life in castles - Today they are in Windsor and after a visit to the Education Centre, pupils will visit Windsor Castle precincts, the State Apartments and St George’s Chapel.

They have arrived safely in Windsor and have just witnessed the changing of the guard.

Who Doesn't Love Oreos?!

Nick finally got to experience American oreos....and he is a fan.  That poor cookie didn't stand a chance!  And yes, I had to change the water mid bath since it was so gross.  I just love this kid!

Saying Goodbye to our Awesome Primary President

Sister Heywood is our Primary President in our Salisbury branch at Church. She is the absolute best! I have learned so much serving with her in the Presidency. She was being released and I wanted to do something to tell/show her how much all her hard work was acknowledged and appreciated. I grabbed my favorite shopping buddy and headed out to Tesco to pick up everything for a very American gift idea - the Candy Gram!

I think she liked it. She was in tears when we presented it to her. All the kids gave her hugs, then promptly begged for the candy! She was a sport and shared with us. This is our whole primary. We are a tiny bunch!

Brotherly Bonding

Nick loves to sit in the game room with the bigger boys and learn the ways of video gaming.  I'm terrified!
