Ben goes to Singapore!

I wish Ben were writing this blog post himself—he had so many incredible stories from his time in Singapore. When he shared a slideshow with us, we were all captivated. But since it's my turn, I’ll just share a few pictures.

Ben had the opportunity to spend three weeks in Singapore with BYU, working on a project at a local college. The challenge was to design a solution to help a regular worker in Singapore. His group created a rolling tape applicator for painting street lines, designed to be used at waist height so workers wouldn't have to kneel down.

But it wasn’t all work—there was plenty of time to explore the beautiful city of Singapore! Here’s a small snapshot of his three-week experience:

Youth Conference in Palmyra and Sacred Grove

It has been one thing after another since school let out! The day after we got home from Georgia, it was time to head off to youth conference! Christopher and Kallie had to go up later in the day, but Zack and Andrew rode the bus and had so much fun.

They did a week in the Palmyra area and were able to see the Sacred Grove, Palmyra Temple, Joseph Smith homestead, and several other things. I was home with Nick and Xander, so all I have is pictures - no stories. It looks like they did kayaking, zip lining, games, hikes, cooking dinners, and having a great time with other kids in the youth program. Kallie went as an adult - which I think was weird for her, but she did it!
