Nick is busy

The other day Xander was inside napping and Nick just had to get some energy out.  I had to work so I sat outside working on my computer while he rode his bike up and down the driveway.  He was having a great time doing something - and I was getting work done - so win win!
Nick came up and I happened to notice how his hands, face, shirt, knees, and arms were black.  Like black with soot on them.  I didn't make a big deal about it - just started to watch what he was doing.
Nick would ride his bike over to the rose bushes, pick up a handful of that nasty rubber tire mulch, ride his bike back to Christopher's car and was putting it in his exhaust pipe.  He was black from all the soot from the pipe.  I went and looked at it and he had filled BOTH pipes FULL of mulch.
Of course that tired him out - but he wasn't tired - so we turned on Spiderman.  Suddenly I looked up and saw......

Oh Zack....

"Mom why would someone put a refrigerator on the side of the road at the freeway entrance?"

What's wrong with this picture?

Guess whose hands these are........

Uncle Chris!  Shouldn't they be Aunt Ligaya's?  Uncle Chris has gotten really into manicures and pedicures lately. Kallie just had to indulge him when they came over the other day. I still don't know what I think of this...

Karate Kid!

Dad brought this headband back from his trip to Utah for Andrew. Of course he had to wear it to school the next day - wearing all black. Tell me he doesn't look like the karate kid?!

Safety First

Hey, you can never be too safe - especially with mom driving...

Just a typical Tuesday

These kids have turned out to be such great friends!  The Furness' drive Andrew to school in the morning and I pick up in the afternoon.  They come and hang out for a bit while we wait for the High Schoolers.  They have gotten into wordle and all four cuddled together on the couch and worked together.  Notice Xander on the floor practicing his crawling movements!

And guess who loves the foil curtain from my birthday - these boys!
