I'm not sure who was more surprised when we got an invite to attend the Academic Awards Ceremony - us - or Andrew. This is an award for kids who have a 3.8 or higher. Andrew has been going 100 mph recently - for example, on this night he went to seminary, then school, then marching band practice, ran home, tossed food in his belly, then ran to this award ceremony. After he raced home and did homework till who knows when. I am so proud of this kid and have loved watching him come into his own. I can't wait to see him on the field this weekend!!
