Every year (as in, this is our second year!) Ligaya gets us tickets to see the Armed Forces Christmas concert. It is a highlight of our Christmas season! We meet up for the concert then walk through DC enjoying the lights on our way to dinner. This time it was a lot of extra walking since most the city is blocked off with preparations for the upcoming Trump inauguration. Hopefully we can see the big Christmas Tree when we go up next week for the Navy concert.
And you know it's been a fun, full, fantastic day when you can cry while you enjoy brownies and ice cream. Why was Nick crying? The server cleared away his plate before he was done with his fries. He had 2 whole fries left on his plate! Needless to say everyone was sound asleep before we hit the freeway.
