Sarum Lights at Salisbury Cathedral

We were lucky enough to be in Salisbury on the 800 year celebration of the Cathedral's move from Old Sarum to the current sight in the city center of Salisbury.  It was the kick off event of a year long celebration of the move.  Sadly, because of COVID, most events were cancelled, but we were lucky enough to bundle up the kids and walk from our house to the event with the Singleton family.  Inside the cathedral they projected 800 years worth of art and history onto the walls and ceiling of the cathedral.  Then outside on the Cathedral walls, they put more artwork and had all the trees lit up.  It was so pretty and magical to be there at the right time, right year!
