I love having everyone home. With everyone home, you always get some fun stories. We have been trying to nail down what our family is going to do for Kallie's Mission farewell sacrament meeting. The plan was was to have Kallie and Ben do a duet on the trumpet and clarinet, but that seemed like a lot of pressure to add to Kallie - so we pivoted. But we had borrowed a trumpet from a family in our ward and Ben was practicing and the other kids were playing on it too. At dinner that night Andrew mentioned that he might take up trumpet in addition to tuba. He mentioned he wanted to learn to play it and be a great trumpet player like Neil Armstrong. Oh you better believe the kids haven't let him live this down! Neil Armstrong landed on the moon - Louis Armstrong was the great trumpet player. Andrew is always a great source for fun!
