Can you believe it’s been 23 years since we got married? Time truly flies! Christopher was out of town, but flew home just in time to celebrate with me (and brought me yummy Vienna chocolate!). I met him up in D.C., where we kicked off our anniversary with a night out to see Les Misérables — such a powerful show! We stayed the night in the city and spent the next day just enjoying each other’s company, exploring and playing like tourists.
We wandered through the Air and Space Museum and an art museum, but honestly, the best part was simply being together. No schedules, no distractions — just us.
What an incredible gift these past 23 years have been. Here’s to many, many more!
